TEC MEP COCHIN

ABOUT US

Taiba Engineering Consultants' (TEC) is an organization having rich experience & knowledge in Training and Consultation for fresh & practicing Engineers on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting & Green Building Designing in the field of Building Services. We provide a career based training program which aims to develop quality MEP professionals. The course is designed to bridge the gap between academics and industry. The training program aims to harness your skills and enhance your chances for a successful career with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire- Fighting & Green Building Designing in the field of Building Services.

TEC also offers tailored short term & long term courses to fresh & experienced engineers after conducting a skill gap analysis. We tailor our programmes to up skill candidates to gain specific strength's based on the hiring request received from clients. We ensure that our candidates are fully operational from day 1. We have frequently been approached by industry to train and supply resources to save their valued time and money.

Taiba Engineering Consultants (TEC) has highly qualified Master Trainer (M.Tech) with 12+ years of Middle East experience, who have formerly worked as a faculty in engineering College, holds lifetime membership of ISHRAE - (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers), FSAI – (Fire & Security Association of India) and is certified IGBC-AP [Indian Green building Council accredited Professional], to impart professional training.

We begin the training with the basics and empower with the most advanced designing software's being used in the world renowned corporate in the end. To make the training effective we show site Installation Videos, Clippings, Pictures & PPT Files from on-site installations etc.
Benefits of Mini & Major Engineering Projects Training

In 20th century buildings were of 2 to 3 floor maximum in those buildings only Fan, Bulb, Tube etc. were there which was taking 2 to 3 years to complete and a Civil engineer was dominating.

In 20th century buildings are High Rise Buildings , Mass Housing projects , commercial complexes etc. started in such projects Firefighting , HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm system etc. are included and 20 to 30 floor buildings are being completed in 2 to 3 years (Advance technology but duration is not increased 2 to 3years only)

Currently in the list of upcoming High Rise World Class projects in India - Mumbai to have world's tallest residential Building "World One" 117 Floors, 450Met High on a 17-acre site at Worli, south-central Mumbai & the project would be completed by 2014, and has 300Flats, cheapest Flat will cost Rs7Crore & the Most Expensive one would cost 50Crore. Lodha Developers will collaborate with a New York firm to build at a cost of Rs.2, 000 crore

It's a fact that the Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering & Architect syllabus is very, very old and it is not as per the advance technology.

Many engineers especially Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation engineers are not aware of their scope in construction they still think construction is only for civil.

TEC helps to bridge the gap between the Academics and the real Professional world. We train budding engineers by providing Mini-Major Engineering Projects works, where we teach them designing of HVAC, Electrical, Fire-Fighting and Plumbing systems for all Types of Building.

1) At TEC we train our students with the most advanced tools and gadgets to make them expert to face the contemporary technological trends in practice.

2) After qualifying the final year Engineering degree exams, students who completes his Mini/Major project work from our institution will be able to face the Professional world with a tag of "Design Engineers" specialized in designing and drafting of MEP systems in Building industry, instead of being just a freshly passed out engineer.

3) Our trained students are presently working as Design Engineers & Draftsman in prestigious MNCs in India and abroad and are earning very decently at the start of their careers.

4) Electrical & Mechanical Engineering students completing their Mini/Major project works & intends to go abroad to pursue Masters Degree can do Part time work as a professional Design Engineer in consulting and constructing companies, unlike students who are not specialist in any one field tends to carry out by doing odd jobs.

In the last few years a lot of engineering students of various Engineering colleges have benefited by doing their Mini/Major Projects with us by scoring 190+ marks in project work and bettering their overall scores and have even been hired for job even before the result were out very handsome pay scales.

Our trained Engineers are professionally competent enough to Design and complete the awarded live project independently and to the satisfaction of their employers and clients.
We show on site installation videos, picture slide shows and virtual site visit tours.
We help them in preparing CVs and guide them to consultants and Contractors in India and Abroad to facilitate them in getting early and better employment and chart out good careers for themselves.
